Does a gift voucher expire?
All gift vouchers have are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How do I receive my gift voucher?
All gift vouchers are sent via registered post, and may take between 3-5 days to arrive. For an additional fee you may elect to receive your gift voucher within 1-2 days via express post. Vouchers can only be delivered within Australia, and only to a physical street address. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes.

Is there a limit to how much I can put on a gift voucher?
Yes, there is a $500 limit and a minimum of $50 per gift voucher.

How can I pay for a gift voucher?

Can I get my money refunded?
Gift vouchers are not refundable and should be treated like cash.

Do I have to use my whole gift voucher at once?
Yes, each gift vouchers is for use at one venue, at one time. No change will be given & should your bill exceed the gift voucher value, the venue will charge accordingly. You can however use multiple vouchers in one visit to a Keystone venue.

Can I exchange my gift voucher for cash?
No. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or gaming purposes.

Can I use my gift voucher during times of key promotions at venues?
Yes, gift vouchers are valid at all times at any Keystone venue (excluding all “Jamie’s Italian” Restaurants.)

What do I do if my gift voucher is lost, stolen or damaged?
Lost or stolen gift vouchers will be replaced if a customer can provide an original receipt and/or gift voucher card number.

What will I do if my gift voucher hasn’t arrived within the specified time following the order?
